Falcon's site content positions compliance, planning, and controlled delivery as part of live-environment execution. This section should summarise the company's approach to RAMS, workforce competence, supervision, incident reporting, and insurance once the verified wording is supplied.
- Falcon minimises disruption in live trading environments while maintaining the highest health and safety standards. We follow strict site procedures and deadlines to ensure everyone involved, our teams, the client, and other contractors are aligned and informed throughout the works.
- Employer's liability: £10 million

- Contractor's all risks: £1 million
- Falcon completes pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) during the tender stage, where training records and ISO framework accreditations are shared with the client. Site-specific RAMS are then produced individually for each site ahead of works starting. Training records are kept up to date on an ongoing basis as new certifications and dates are confirmed.

In addition to direct framework relationships, Falcon has operated as nominated contractor on flooring installation projects for clients including the Ministry of Defence at Catterick Garrison, Bromford Homes, and Dudley Council, appointed directly by the client and delivered through the principal contractor on each scheme.
