Scope of Works

Falcon delivered a specialist internal flooring refurbishment at 7 Princes Street, including full subfloor preparation with 3 mm high-performance screed, installation of Amtico Signature Parisian Pine LVT in straight-lay formation, bespoke Broadleaf textured vintage rich oak timber laid in precision chevron pattern, Altro Puffin safety vinyl with 100 mm cap-and-cove detailing, CAT 6 brass stair nosings, and Jaymart Zigazaga Raw Umber entrance matting.

Technical Challenges & Solutions

• - City-centre banking operations required tightly controlled sequencing during normal working hours to prevent operational disruption.
• - Multiple premium material systems required high-accuracy transition detailing between LVT, timber, and safety vinyl zones.
• - Luxury finish standards demanded consistent substrate integrity across all working levels before installation.
