Scope of Works

Falcon completed uplift and disposal of existing bathroom vinyl and compromised subfloor elements, replaced the subfloor build-up to required areas, and installed new Altro Century Oak vinyl finishes to the same footprint. Waste management was handled on site by Falcon operatives with recyclable offcuts segregated where possible.

Technical Challenges & Solutions

• - Initial programme disruption from unbooked works resulted in an abortive visit before successful remobilisation.
• - Toilet removal and associated access constraints required controlled sequencing to maintain installation quality.
• - The package was delivered in a live hotel environment, requiring rapid turnaround with minimal operational disruption.

The Results

Following remobilisation, the works were completed to a high standard with zero defects at handover and positive hotel management sign-off. Falcon recovered programme momentum and delivered a compliant reactive solution within the revised delivery window.
